Under the guidance of Honorable Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma and with the active cooperation of the officers of the Public Health Technical Department of Assam Government and with the help of all the officers of Hydrology Mission, engineers, SDOs and departmental officers, we have reached the homes of 1 lakh 25 thousand families today. It is a pleasure for us and the people of Ganesha to provide water connection. In this water life mission scheme prepared for the rural areas, it was decided to provide water connection to 25 thousand families in July, we have achieved more success than this decision. 1 lakhs. I have been able to supply water to thousands of families today. This is a very good news for the Assam government. For this I express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all the parties involved.
Surely we have decided to provide pure drinking water to 53 lakh families in Assam rural areas after connecting water step by step within 2024 I hope, to form user committee and save this scheme in rural areas for ages in coming days. Arrangements are made to keep. So I humble appeal to all the people of the rural areas.
